Please review all nomination guidelines carefully before submitting your entries for the prestigious SWAAN Awards 2026.

Work related to weddings executed between 1st April 2025 and 31st March 2026 will be considered eligible for nominations.

Do NOT mention the name of the agency or owner anywhere in the award entry.

Who can apply for the SIWPC 3rd Edition SWAAN Awards?

Any wedding industry professional, company, or service provider related to the wedding and events ecosystem is eligible to apply for the awards. Both individual professionals and organizations can submit nominations under the relevant categories.

How can I submit my nomination for SWAAN AWARDS 2026?

All nominations must be submitted online through the official SIWPC website. Applicants are required to fill in the nomination form, post paying the nomination fee. Upload the necessary details/documents, and complete the process to confirm their entry

Is there a nomination fee?

Yes. A nomination fee is applicable for every category submission. The fee structure differs for TCEI Members and Non-TCEI Members

What is the difference between TCEI Member and Non-TCEI Member nomination fees?

TCEI Members are eligible for special member pricing of 7500/- + GST per nominations, while Non-TCEI Members will be charged 8500 + GST per nomination.

Where can I check the award categories and fee details?

What is the last date for submitting nominations?

The last date to submit nominations for the SIWPC 3rd Edition Awards is 11:00pm on 31st May 2026

Can I apply for multiple award categories?

Yes. Applicants can submit multiple nominations, including multiple nominations within the same category, provided a separate submission and applicable nomination fee is paid for each nomination.

What kind of materials should be submitted with the nomination?

Applicants are encouraged to submit quality project details, photographs, videos, client testimonials, social media links, brand profiles, and any supporting documents relevant to the category, as per online nomination form

Are the awards open only for established companies?

No. The awards are open to both established brands and emerging professionals, as long as the applicant operates within the wedding and events industry.

Can freelancers or independent professionals apply?

Yes. Freelancers, consultants, artists, and independent wedding industry professionals are eligible to participate under suitable categories.

Will incomplete nominations be considered?

No. Only completed nominations with all required details and successful payment confirmation will be considered for evaluation.

Can nomination details be edited after submission?

No, Applicants are advised to carefully review all information before final submission only. No changes are will be possible post final submission.

How will the winners be selected?

All nominations will be reviewed and evaluated by an industry jury panel based on creativity, execution, innovation, client experience, impact, and overall excellence in the respective category.

When will the winners be announced?

All winners will be announced directly at the SIWPC SWAAN Award Ceremony on 13th June 2026 , 7:30pm onwards at Hall No.4, Hitex Exhibition Center, Hyderabad .

What makes SIWPC SWAAN Awards different?

SIWPC SWAAN Awartds celebrate innovation, creativity, operational excellence, and industry leadership across South India’s wedding and events sector, bringing together the region’s finest talent and brands on one prestigious platform.

How will the winners be selected?

All nominations will be evaluated by an independent industry jury panel based on creativity, innovation, execution quality, client experience, operational excellence, industry impact, and the overall excellence of projects executed between 1st April 2025 and 31st March 2026.

What project period will be considered for the awards?

The primary evaluation criteria for the SIWPC 3rd Edition Awards will be based on projects, events, and work executed between 1st April 2025 and 31st March 2026. Applicants are encouraged to submit their most impactful and relevant work completed within this period for jury consideration.

Can I submit projects executed before April 2025?

No. This edition SWAAN Awards are intended to recognize work executed between 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 only.

Will I receive a pass to attend the Awards Night with my nomination?

Yes. Every successful award nomination includes one complimentary entry pass to attend the SIWPC SWAAN Awards Night.

Can I bring a spouse, family member, friend, or colleague to the Awards Night?

Absolutely. Additional guest passes will be available for purchase. The pricing and registration details for these passes will be announced shortly.

What if I have submitted multiple nominations?

Each nomination comes with one complimentary Awards Night entry pass. Therefore, if you have submitted multiple nominations, you will receive a corresponding number of entry passes.

Can I bring my children to the Awards Night?

We appreciate your interest in attending the SWAAN Awards Night with your family. However the Awards Night is an adults-only professional event. Therefore, children below years of age will not be permitted inside the venue.

How will I receive my complimentary Awards Night pass?

Upon successful submission of your award nomination, a complimentary Awards Night pass will be automatically generated and added to your profile.
Log in to your SIWPC account.
-> Visit your Profile section.
-> Navigate to the "Tickets & Coupons" tab.
-> Your complimentary Awards Night pass will be available there for viewing and use. Please note that the pass is generated only after the nomination has been successfully submitted and processed.

Do we have Auditions?

No auditions or personal interaction with judges in any form. Judgement is done solely on the basis of work data uploaded on the website without any nominee branding.

What work data should I upload with my nomination?

Applicants may upload up to four photographs as part of their nomination submission. In addition, applicants can provide a YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive link containing their project video(s) and supporting work data. Applicants are encouraged to keep the submitted video content to approximately three minutes.

Can I include my company name, logo, brand identity, or personal branding in the uploaded nomination data?

No. The only criteria for SWAAN Awards is that no branding of any form should appear in the data uploaded for judgement. Company names, logos, watermarks, personal branding, social media handles, website details, contact details, or any other nominee identification should not be included in the submitted material.

Does my uploaded video and photo data need to show only the specific category elements?

No. There are no specific conditions or restrictions on how you present your nominated project. Applicants are encouraged to showcase their work in the best possible manner for the category they are applying in. For example, a Best Decor Design Company nomination may also include bride and groom moments, guest interactions, and other event highlights if the nominee feels they help present the project more effectively. The only requirement is that the submitted content should not contain any nominee branding, company branding, logos, watermarks, or any other form of identification.

Can there be more than one Gold, Silver, or Bronze winner in a category?

Yes. If the points awarded to nominees match, there can be multiple winners at the same award level. Accordingly, there may be double Gold, double Silver, or double Bronze trophies in a category.
