General Terms & Conditions
- Any event / campaign executed between the period of April 2023 to March 2024 are eligible nominate in the Award Show. However, project that commence or conclude within the specified period, or have a substantial portion of their activities falling within this timeframe, will be deemed eligible. For instance, a brand activation that initiates in February 2024 but concludes in April 2024 will be eligible if the majority of the activation has been executed, and there are measurable results for the activity.
- The decision of the TCEI Event Excellence Awards (TEEA) Management shall be final and binding on all parties involved in the event of any dispute.
- TCEI Event Excellence Awards (TEEA) have 2 major sections of awards, PEARL of HYDERABAD (exclusive for Telangana Event Industry) and GEM of India (for PAN India Events Industry)
- Pearl of Hyderabad Awards: Any event / campaign / Wedding executed anywhere across the globe, by any event company / Individual based in Telangana is eligible for entry across all categories of Pearl of Hyderabad Awards.
- Gem of India Awards: Any event / campaign / wedding executed anywhere across the globe, by any event company / Individual based in India is eligible for entry across all categories of Gem of Hyderabad Awards.
- You can nominate in more than one category with same event/activation /wedding
- More than one entry in an award category is permitted. Provided it is for a different event/activation /wedding/
- Incomplete nomination forms will not be considered & will be treated invalid.
- The Awards Management reserves the right and discretion to reject entries that they deem manipulated or not authentic.
- The Awards Management retains the right to request documentary proof of the provided information or conduct an audit of the submitted details. Failure to comply with such a request will result in disqualification from the Awards.
- Awards Management cannot be held responsible or liable for any disruptions, stoppages, interruptions, or cancellation of the Awards, including the final gratification or any part of its processes, arising from circumstances beyond its control.
- Awards Management retains the right to hold you accountable for disseminating false or misleading information, as well as making misleading or malicious statements, whether in connection with or unrelated to the Awards, in any manner whatsoever.
- Awards Management will not entertain any inquiries or questions regarding the selection, shortlisting of applications, winners, or the Awards from any party, regardless of the circumstances.
- Awards Management, its elected members, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives shall not be held responsible or liable for the following: (i) SMS message delivery failures; (ii) any SPAM-generated messages; (iii) failure or malfunction of any telephone network, transmission line, computer servers, equipment, hardware, or software, or for any lost or unavailable network connections, or for failure, lost, incomplete, delayed, or garbled data transmission, or any combination thereof; (iv) any injury, loss, or damage incurred by the Applicant or any third party as a result of the Applicant’s participation in this Awards.
- Awards Management will maintain the confidentiality of all information collected from the Participant(s). By providing the information, Participant(s) agree that the Company has the right to utilize and share the collected information with appropriate third parties for marketing and promotional purposes related to the Award. Participants further agree not to file any claims against the Company for sharing such personal information.
- By participating in the TEEA 2024, the Participant grants the Award Management and the Company a royalty-free, irrevocable, universal, transferable, and exclusive right and license to use and display the entry for participation, as well as any intellectual property rights within the Content. This usage extends to all activities related to the Award, including but not limited to trade publications, press releases, electronic postings on the Web Page or any other website, and images or footage associated with the Participant’s participation in the Award.
- TEEA Management retains the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw, amend, or add to these Rules or the format of the Award at any time, whether with prospective or retrospective effect. It is important to note that the Award Management does not assume responsibility for any loss or damage that Participants may experience as a result of participating or attempting to participate in the Award, including instances where the Award is withdrawn or the Rules or format are amended.
- TEEA Management shall assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any incidents or accidents that may occur during the Finalist’s or Winner’s travel to or from the Award venue.
- Participants are strictly prohibited from offering bribes or making any gestures towards any member of the Award Management team or Jury in order to gain favouritism. Engaging in such acts will result in immediate disqualification from the Award. Any fraudulent activities related to entry forms or tampering with the selection process will be subject to legal action and further disqualification from the Award.
- Participants are required to refrain from carrying any weapons, alcohol, or drugs of any kind during the Award Show. Failure to comply with this guideline will result in disqualification from the Award.
- TEEA Management is not obligated to Participants and holds no obligations or rights concerning the Award. It shall have no claims against the association regarding the selection process, gratification, or the operation of the Award.
- Awards Management will not be held responsible for:
- Any delivery failures related to registration or uploading of videos/presentations, etc.
- Non-receipt or rejection of any data by Award Management.
- Lost, late, or misdirected computer transmission or network failures, electronic failures of any kind, or failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical reasons.
- Other conditions, situations, or failures beyond its control.
- Participant agrees, confirms and warrants that it shall have no right, title, interest or other claim whatsoever over their performance/photos submitted or created during the Award and the copyright in the same shall vest with the Company in perpetuity for the entire world.
- TEEA Management reserves the right to modify the rules and/or the terms and conditions from time to time without any prior/public notice.
- TEEA Management is empowered to take a decision on any case not covered by the present Rules and Regulations.
- The Participant(s) hereby agree that they have read and understood the Rules and Regulations mentioned hereinabove and agree to abide by the Rules for participation in the Award.
- All winners will be announced at TELANGANA EVENT EXCELLENCE AWARDS, Night on 15th June 2024, 7:00pm onwards at Hall No.4, Hitex, Hyderabad .
